Este whisky cask strength sigue una doble maduración. Primero reposa más de 7 años en barricas nuevas de roble blanco americano tostado y luego pasa a barricas sazonadas con vino de ciruela. Esas barricas se prepararon con un lote de vino de ciruela de 5 años de Bunnyville Distillery. La ciruela aporta profundidad afrutada, dulzor y un final distintivo a este single malt.
