COMPANY TIMELINE

 

2005

• The distillery was established and registered in Rabbit Hole Village, Taoyuan, Taiwan. It is the first generation of private distilleries after the Taiwan government opened up the liquor license.

2014

• Established a brand operation company in Taipei. With the concept of the "Bunny Village", where the distillery originated, the liquor brand "Bunnyville" with the image of "Gentleman Rabbit" was established.

• Invested in the distillery that houses the tallest continuous column still in Taiwan, standing at 7 meters, along with whisky pot stills.

• Spring Vodka - SFWSC World Spirits Competition Silver Medal

• Bunnyville Single Grain Whisky - SFWSC World Spirits Competition Gold Medal

• Established a direct-operated store on Yongkang Street in Taipei to offer consumers a tasting experience.

2022

• Bunnyville Single Grain Whisky - SFWSC World Spirits Competition Gold Medal

• Established a direct-operated store in Taichung Green Dao to offer consumers a tasting experience.

• Launched the first whisky bottles to commemorate the 17th anniversary of the distillery. Our first whiskey to win a gold award in an international competition is named "Bunnyville Whiskey No.17"

• Bunnyville Jasmine-Tea-Barrel Whisky-SFWSC World Spirits Competition Champion Double Gold Medal

• Bunnyville Plum-Barrel Whisky - SFWSC World Spirits Competition Silver Medal Bunnyville Honey-Barrel Whisky - SFWSC World Spirits Competition Bronze Medal​

• Built a second distillery in Xingwu, Taoyuan, Whisky distill capacity has increased to 1 million liters per year, positioning it as one of the top 3 distilleries in Taiwan.

Bunnyville Whisky Distillery is located in the western half of Taiwan, near the Taiwan Strait. The humid subtropical climate is very suitable for rapid aging in oak barrels. Taiwan has pure and abundant water resources, which is the soul of whiskey, giving whiskey a sweeter taste and more features. Since its establishment, Bunnyville has won more than 45 medals in international spirits competitions, and "Bunnyville" has become one of the favorite spirits brands of the younger generation.
